You cannot dump your Christmas trees in the dumpster or leave them near the dumpster. The town will accept them for FREE at the transfer station. Where is the transfer station, you ask?
Make a left onto Main street when leaving Island Terrace. Make a left onto Rt 112 (Buxton Road) and head over the Turnpike. Its the third left after the school (Foss Rd) and you can't miss it. You may need a transfer station pass, if you don't have one, you can get one at city hall.
